An Assignment of all Property, of the Nature of Goods, Chattels, Estate and Effects of whatsoever kind and nature whether joint or separate or other- wise howsoever and wheresoever situate of the Debtor, upon trust for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said CHING KING Po. And also Release and Discharge by the Creditors to the Debtor and his Estate from the debts due to the Creditors respectively.
