this date, or as soon thereafter as a Meeting shall be held, the Honourable PHINEAS RYRIE will, leave being obtained, introduce in the Leg- islative Council, a Bill for permission to struct Tramways on certain High Level Roads in this Colony to be afterwards specified, and to Aberdeen via Victoria Gap, on the continuous steel wire-rope system or a modification thereof, and will also move the First Reading of the said Bill.
