The Lots are sold for the term of seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years, less 3 days, at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Building Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government
Notification No. 365 of 1906.
