In the Matter of the Estate of
HENRY SMITH, Deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that all Creditors
and other Persons having any Claims or Demands upon or against the Estate of HENRY SMITH, late of Victoria, Hongkong, Chief Accountant to the Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, Hongkong, who died at Victoria aforesaid, on the 25th day of June, 1882, and Probate of whore will was duly granted to THOMAS JACKSON and GEORGE EDWARD NOBLE, both of Victoria aforesaid. the Chief Manager and sa-Manager respec- tively of the said Hongkong & hanghai Banking Corporation, by the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on the 8th day of August, 1882, are hereby re- quired to send in writing the particulars of their Claims or Demands to the undersigned on or before the 30th day of September, 1882. And Notice is hereby also given that at the expiration of the said last mentioned day the said THOMAS JACKSON and GEORGE EDWARD NOBLE will proceed to distribute the Assets of the said HENRY SMITH amongst the Parties entitled thereto having regard to the Claims of which notice shall then have been given and that the said THOMAS JACKSON and GEORGE EDWARD NOBLE will not be liable for the Assets or any part thereof so distri. buted to any person of whose claim the said THOMAS JACKSON and GEORGE EDWARD NOBLE have not had notice at the time of the distribution.

And also a release of the said PooN TAT PONG from all Debts, Claim and Demands of the releasing parties.
