NOTICE TAM SHING CHI alias TAM LOK

CHI, of Vietorin, in the Colony of Hong- kong, formerly Compradore to RAMJEE HOR- MUSJEE, No. 41, Queen's Road, having been adjudged Bankrupt, under a Petition for adjudi- cation of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, on the 15th day of February, 1884, is bereoy required to surrender himself to EDWARD JAMES ACKROYD, Esquire, the Re- gistrar of the said Court at the First Meeting of Creditors to be held by the said Registrar, on the 7th day of March, 1884, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the Office of the liegistrar of the said Court.

The said EDWARD JAMES ACKROYD, Esquire, is the Official Assignee and Messrs. STEPHENS & HOLMES are the Solicitors in the Bankruptcy.

A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination and to make application for his discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the First Meeting of the Creditors, the Re- gistrar will receive the proofs of dehts of the Cre- ditors and the Cred tors which have proved their debts respectively, or the majority in value of the sai! Creditors are hereby directed to choose at such meeting an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Efects to be called the Creditors' Assignce or Assignees.
