It is hereby notified. that the French Consul at Hongkong has informed the Government, that the ch Naval Forces will institute a blockade, dating from the 7th instant, of the Coast of China, from trontier of Tonquin to the 107th (Paris) meridian of longitude, including the Port of Pakhoi.
