No. 549.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. David WILLIAM TRATMAN to be Assessor of Rates in addition to his other duties, and Mr. WILLIAM JAMES CARRIE to be Assistant Colonial Treasurer and Assistant Assessor of Rates, with effect from the 5th November, 1920.
