His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct, under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the following name be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 158 of the 19th March, 1920:-

Order made under section 3 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1885, Ordinance No. 1 of 1885.
1, Sir REGINALD EDWARD STUBBS, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same, in virtue of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the aforesaid Ordinance, hereby order that the following unclaimed sums of money in the Treasury be transferred to the General Revenue of the Colony, subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance as to refund if claimed after such transfer, viz.:---
(1.) $2. paid on 29th September, 1914, being balance of money levied by distraint on the property of one Wui Un Lung shop of 2 Wang Kai, Kowloon City, under judgment in Small Debts Court case No. 37 of 1914, in the Southern District Land Office.
(2.) $5 paid on 8th December, 1914, by one Chan Tsun being a deposit in respect of purchase of Crown Land at Lamma Island, Southern District. (3.) $5 paid on 14th December, 1914, by one Chan Yam Hing being a deposit in respect of purchase of Crown Land at Lamma Island, Southern District.
(4.) $17.70 paid on 14th July, 1913, by one Chin Yeung of Tuk Mei Ch'ung village, being unclaimed amends awarded by the Magistrate at Tai Po in a case brought under Ordinance No. 42 of 1912, to Lau Yi, of Sheung Ts'ün village in Chinese Territory.
(5.) $20 paid on 3rd February, 1914, by one Yiu Fuk of Chuk Yün village, being unclaimed amends awarded by the Magistrate at Tai Po in a case brought under Ordinance No. 42 of 1912, to Tsang Ilok-t'ong of Mui Lám village in Chinese Territory.
