Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 5 of the Sunday Cargo Working Ordinance, 1891, Ordinance No. 1 of 1891, on the 15th day of July, 1920.
An application for a Sunday permit if not made until the Saturday preceding the Sunday for which the permit is required must be made not later than 1 p.m., but in special cases applications, accompanied by payment, which must be made by cheque, will be received at the Harbour Office residential quarters up to 5 p.m.

No. 382.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint WILFRID WILLIAM PEARSE, M.D., D.P.H., Medical Officer of Health, to act as Colonial Veterinary Surgeon, in addition to his other duties, during the absence of ADAM GIBSON, M.R.C.V.S., or until further notice, with effect from the 9th instant.

No. 384.-It is hereby notified, under section 4 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to nominate Mr. HENRY THOMAS JACKMAN to be a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of the said Kowloon Inland Lot No. 106, Section K, Sub-section 1, and Section J, Sub-section 2.
In the event of your failing to nominate a member to represent you on the said Board within seven days from the date of publication of this notice, the Chairman of the Board will appoint a person on your behalf.
