It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Lot No. 678 in Survey District IV is constituted as follows :--
Mr. HENRY THOMAS JACKMAN, Justice of the Peace, Chairman, nominated by His
Excellency the Governor.
Mr. ERIC WILLIAM HAMILTON, nominated by His Excellency the Governor,
Mr. SAMUEL BURNSIDE BOYD MCELDERRY, nominated by the Chairman on behalf
of the owner.
It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Tuesday, the 8th day of June, 1920, at 2.45 o'clock in the afternoon, at the office of the Assistant District Officer, Southern District, Hongkong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.
