It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Lot No. 653 in Survey District IV is constituted as follows:

Mr. HENRY THOMAS JACKMAN, Justice of the Peace, Chairman, nominated by His

Excellency the Governor.

Mr. ERIC WILLIAM HAMILTON, nominated by His Excellency the Governor. Mr. LAU FAT, nominated by the owner..

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Tuesday, the 11th day of May, 1920, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of the Assistant District. Officer, Southern District, Hongkong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.

No. 238.
