An Ordinance to amend the Banking Business

(Prohibited Control) Ordinance, 1919.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking Busi- ness (Prohibited Control) Amendment Ordinance, 1920.

2. Paragraph (d) of the definition of the term poration under prohibited control' in section 2 of the Banking Business (Prohibited Control) Ordinance, 1919, is deleted and the following paragraph is substituted therefor :-

(d) where the executive is a corporation under prohibited control, or where the majority of the executive are appointed by a corporation under prohibited control.
