No. 417. It is hereby notified that a meeting of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the Colony will be held at the Magistracy, at 2.15 p.m. on Monday, the 24th June, 1907, for the purpose of considering the following applications under the Liquor Licences Ordin- ance, 1898, viz.:
1. To transfer from one J. W. OSBORNE to OWEN ELIAS OWEN the Publican's Licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquors on premises at Elgin Road, Kowloon, under the sign of "The Kowloon Hotel"
2. To transfer from one HARRY HAYNES to ARTHUR FREDERICK DAVIES the Publican's Licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquors on premises numbered 21-31, Queen's Road Central, and 1 to 3, Pedder Street, under the sign of "The Hongkong Hotel”.

No. 418.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 10 a.m., on Monday, the 24th day of June, 1907.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years, less 3 days, at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Building Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906.
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 is $100 for each Lot.
