Calf Vaccine.-Laid on the table a better from the Colaial Secretary enclosing a copy of a Memoraudum on the collection and cultivation of Calf Vaccine in Japan,

Mortality Returns.-Laid on the table a return by the Registrar General showing the deaths registered during the week ended the 1st instant.

Scavenging Contract.-Road & letter from the Colonial Smeting enclosing a petition from the Scaveng ing Contractor.

Superintendent for report.

Resolved-that the document le mi femed to this Acting Kennedytown Cattle Depôt.--Read a better hos to Codrad Sotary stating that provision had

been mule in the Estimates for 1889 for the Stasios of this lec

Bye-Laws.-The President moved that both draft Section 13 of The Public Health Ordinares be returned to the Sub-Committee for reconsideration and that- of the Bye-Laws mader Sub-sections 1 u:% 3 of Mr. FRANCEs' mame be added to the Comamiti:
