GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.—No. 376.

Notice has been reccived from the Military Authorities that Artillery Pratice will take place from

Kowloon Dock Battery on Wednesday, the 29th instant, at 4.30 P.M.

The direction of the fire will be towards the Lyemun Pass.

All Junks and other vessels are hereby cautioned to keep clear of the range.

In addition to other precautions a red flag will be hoisted at the Lyemin Battery during the Practice as a warning to vessels entering the Pass from seaward, and a Steam-Launch, carrying flag, will also be stationed in the Pass to warn incoming vessels.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.--No. 377.

Notice is hereby given that The Richmond Cavendish Company, Limited, Manufacturers of Tobacco in Bond. carrying on business at 2, Roberts Street, Liverpool, Lancashire, England, have complied with the requirements of Ordinances 16 of 1873, and 8 of 1886, for the registration in this Colony of their Marks as applied to Tobacco; and that the same have been duly registered.
