UNTIL the salvage work in connection with the S.S. Choy Sing is completed, all vessels passing through Sulphur Channel are directed to go DEAD SLOW while in the vicinity of that ship, which lies stranded on the southern side of that Channel.

The successful tenderer will be expected to enter into a band, containing a penalty in case of failure or refusal to carry out the terms of the tender.
Form of tender may be obtained at the Colonial Secretary's Office, and this form only must be used.
For further particulars apply at the Office of the Captain Superintendent of Police. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
