The successful tenderer will be expected to enter into a bond, containing a penalty in case of failure or refusal to carry out the terms of the tender.
Form of tender may be obtained at the Colonial Secretary's Office, and this form only must be used. For further particulars apply at the Office of the Captain Superintendent of Police. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Tenders will be received at this Office till Noon of Tuesday, the 16th proximo, for the renting of the Cattle Depôt at Kennedytown.

No tender will be received, unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Treasury the sth of $75 as a pledge of the bona fides of his tender, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person refuses to enter into the usual bond should the tender be accepted.
