G.—in the event of CHARLES BURTON BERNARD afores did being nominated Liquilator in the plice of FRANK SCOTT JAMES he shall have the same powers as if originally appointep under these Resolutions. He shall receive as remun ration such part of the Liquidator's remuneration as may be arranged between him and said FRANK SCOTT JAMES.
