NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition,
Specification, and Declaration required by the above Ordinances have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hong- kong, and that it is the intention of the said PAUL DE SUSINI by HENRY LARDNER DEN- NYS, his duly authorised Agent and Attorney, to apply at the sitting of the Executive Council hereinafter mentioned for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the said Colony of Hongkong of the above-named Invention.
And Notice is also hereby given that a sit- ting of the Executive Council, before whom the matter of the said Petition will come for decision, will be held in the Council Chamber at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Thursday, the 29th instant, at 11 A.M.
