The said EDWARD JAMES ACKROYD is the Official Assignee, and Messrs. CALDWELL and WILKINSON are the Solicitors in the Bank- ruptcy.

At the said First Meeting of Creditors the said EDWARD JAMES ACKROYD will receive the proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and those Creditors who shall have proved their Debts respectively or the majority in value of them may choose an Assignce or Assig. nees of the said Bankrupts' Estate and Ef- fects to be called the Creditors' Assignee or Assignces.

All l'ersons indebted to the said Bankrupts or having in their possession Property belong- ing to them or either of them are required not to pay or hand over the same to any per- son or persons other than the said Official Assignee.
