able Sit JAMES RUSSELL, C.M.G., Chief Justice of Hongkong, has, in virtue of Section 3 of Ordinance 9 of 1870, made an Order limit- ing to the 1st April, 1891, the time for sending in Claims against this Estate.

the Creditors of the above named YAU WAN CHI will be held before EDWARD JAMES ACKROYD, Esquire, Official Assignee of the Supreme Court, at the Court House, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on Wednesday, the 4th day of February, 1891, at Noon pre- cisely, for the purpose of receiving a Statement of the above Estate and of declaring a Divi- dend.
Creditors who have not yet proved their Claims must do so on or before the said 4th day of February, 1891.
