DIVIDEND is intended to be declared in the matter of KAU SHING TOY, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant, lately carrying on business at No. 43, Bonham Strand, adjudicated a Bankrupt on the Twenty- fifth day of July, 1892.
Creditors who have not proved their debts by the Fifteenth day of November, 1892, will be excluded.

"That it has been proved to the satisfac- tion of the Company that the Hiogo Hotel, Limited, cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily." And at the same meeting IIENRY JAMES PEARCE, Solicitor, and IIERBERT JEFFERSON ROTHWELL, both of Kobe were appointed Li- quidators for the purposes of such winding up.
