The representation or illustration of the Eastern and Western hemispheres which appear the Selle & Kary" the whole enclosed in a diamond; above which is printed the word "Nigger",
in the name of SELLE & KARY who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the A plicants since the year 1885 in respect of the following goods :-
Chemical preparations especially boot
polishes, in Class 50.
