Section 130 of the Companies Ordi- nance, 1865, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above Company will be held at the Offices of the Company, No. 6. Duddell Street, Victoria, Hongkong, on Wednesday, the 31st day of October, 1894, at Noon, for the purpose of having an Account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conduered, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any ex- plauntien that may be given by the Tiquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the Books, Accounis and Documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of. Dated this 29th day of September, 1894.
