WHEREAS it is expedient to make provision where r
certain moncys paid into Court or to the Registrar thereof shall bear interest; Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and conscut of the Legisla- tive Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Supreme Court Funds Ordinance, 1895.
