NOTICE is hereby given that the Final
Meeting of the Members of the above Company, will be held at the Offices of Mesars. SREWAN TOMES & COMPANY, St, George's Build- ing, Chater Road, on Tuesday, the 6th January, 1920, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon to consider my Report and Accounts when the subjoined Resolutions will be proposed :-
As an Ordinary Resolution :---
That the Report and Accounts before the Meeting be and are hereby approved and passed,
As an Extraordinary Resolution:-
That the Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised to hand over all Books of Accounts, Statistical and Statutory records, papers
etc., belonging to the Company
to the General Managers of the CHINA LIGHT & POWER COMPANY, (1918), LIMITED.
