Beacons Replaced by Buoys.

Northern Entrance to Cebu Harbor.

THE second class black can buoy No. 1 at point of reef N.E. of Bantolinao Point, northern entrance to Cebu Harbor, which was temporarily placed instead of the white concrete beacon surmounted by a black drum which was destroyed, will remain per- manently. The bearings remain unchanged.

Southern Entrance to Cebu Harbor.

The white concrete beacon 10 ft. high, surmounted by a drum painted black with red horizontal stripes on Campanario Shoal, southern entrance to Cebu Harbor, has been replaced by a second class R.B.H.S. can buoy. The bearings remain unchanged.
