This Office is to-day in receipt of a cablegram from the Governor of the Panama Canal, Balboa Heights, Canal Zone, advising that the price of coal supplied to steamships. at the Canal will be increased $2.00 per ton effective November 16, 1919.

NOTICE is hereby given that the colour of the light exhibited by the Big Tree Light-boat moored in the western approach to the Pitman-King Crossing, Yangtze River, has been changed from a fixed white light to a fixed red light.
