The Trade Marks have respectively been used by the applicants as follows, viz.:-No. 1 in respect of Rheumatic Mixture (4716); No. 2 in respect of Extract of Malt and Cod Liver Oil; No. 3 in respect of Healing Lotion (Extract of Witch Hazel); No. 4 in respect of Nerve Elixir; and No. 5 in respect of Throat Pastilles; all for the past 30 years and more, and No. 6 in respect of Vivimbin, for the past 7 years, all in Class 3.
The above mentioned Trade Mark No. 6 is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 125 of 1912.
