NOTICE is hereby given that VACUUM OIL

COMPANY whose registered office is

situate at New York in the State of New York, U.S.A., and carrying on business at Victoria, Hongkong and elsewhere as Oil Merchants and Refiners, have on the 16th day of September, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

Trade Mark No. 1 has, been used by the Applicants since December, 1885, No. 2 since 28th September, 1886, No. 3 since January, 1887, No. 4 since 1st December, 1888, No. since September, 1890, No. 6 since 25th March, 1892, No. 7 since April, 1892, No. 8 since May, 1892, No. 9 since 1st May, 1904, No. 10 since April, 1907 and Nos. 11, 12 and 13 are intended to be used by the Applicants forth- with, all in respect of the following goods:---

Oil, Grease and Waxes of all kinds and

similar products for Lubricating, Illuminating, Heating and Fuel Pur- poses also Gasoline and other products for Generating power, in Class 47. Dated the 31st day of October, 1919.
