PRISON DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 336.-It is hereby notified, with reference to Government Notification No. 698 of 1900, that separate tenders in duplicate, which should be sealed and clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Prisoners' Provisions, etc.", for the supply of the Articles therein mentioned, from the 1st February, 1920, to the 31st January, 1921, inclusive, will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 22nd November, 1919.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $400 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person refuses to carry out his tender.

The successful tenderer will be required to sign an agreement and to give security to the satisfaction of the Government in the sum of $2,000.
