NOTICE is hereby given that the Credi-
tors of the above named Company are required on or before the 31st of May 1907 to send their names and addresses and the parti- culars of their debts or claims to the Liquida- tor of the above named Company Mr. HORACE PERCY SMITH Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants at No. 5, Victoria Buildings Queen's Road Central Hongkong and if so required by notice in writing from him are to come in and prove their interests, debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default there- of they will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such debts are proven.

In the Matter of the ORIENTAL IN-
DUSTRIES LIMITED.
Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company duly con- veued and held at the offices of Messrs. PERCY SMITH and SETH No. 5, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, on the 12th day of Jan- uary 1907 the following Special Resolutions were duly passed and at a subsequent Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 26th day of January 1907 the following resolutions were duly confirmed :---
1. That it has been proved to the satis- faction of the Meeting that the Company cannot continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that the Company be wound up accordingly.
2. That Mr. HORACE PERCY SMITH of No. 5, Victoria Buildings Queen's Road Central, Fellow of thec Institute of Chartered Accountants, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
