REFERRING to Harbour Notification No. 7 of 1919, notice is hereby given that, the Superintendent of Customs and the Treaty Power Consuls having withdrawn the declara- tion of infection against Shanghai, the medical inspection of vessels arriving therefrom is discontinued here and at Chinwangtao.
