Clause 2 of the schedule to Ordinance 25 of 1891 is hereby amended so as to read as follows :-

2. Such rents shall be payable in advance by equal, monthly instalments, and shall commence to be payable from the date of the undertaking which is required to be given by section 68 of The Building Ordinance, 1889.
