Specification and Declaration required by the above Ordinance have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the said CHARLES LANGDON DAVIES, by HENRY LARDNER DENNYS, his duly authorized Agent and Attorney, to apply at the sitting of the Executive Council hereinafter mentioned for Letters l'atent for the exclusive use within the said Colony of Hongkong of the above- named Invention..
And Notice is also hereby given that a sit- ting of the Executive Council, before whom the matter of the said Petition will come for decision, will be held in the Council Chamber, at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Monday, the 21st December, 1896, at 9.30 A.M.
