On and after the 1st October the beacon on the "Kal-el-Kebirch" shoal will be replaced by an iron Lighthouse on which will be exhibited two red fixed all round gas lights one 12 feet above the other, the top light being 55 feet above high N.B.-These lights are for vessels manœuvring in Suez roads and can be seen from the Lightship on the Newport
water.
