FORNIA FIG SYRUP CO., of 324, Hayes Street, San Francisco, California, United States of America, Manufacturing Chemists, have, on the 6th day of October, 1896, applied to His Excellency the Governor of Hongkong, for leave to register a certain Trade Mark in the Register of Trade Marks in the Office of the Colonial Secretary for the Colony of Hong- kong, in the name of the said Company.
The said Trade Mark has been or is intended to be used in respect of Chemical Substances prepared for use in Medicine and Pharmacy.
A facsimile of the said Trade Mark can be seen on application at the Office of the Colo- nial Secretary for the Colony of Hongkong or to the undersigned.
