Specification and Declaration required by the above cited Ordinance have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the said CHARLES HENRY PALMER, JOHN WIL LIAM DENMEAD, and JOSEPH ALVIRTUS BAUGHMAN, by WILLIAM ELGIE HUNT, their duly authorized Agent and Attorney in fact, to apply at the sitting of the Executive Council hereinafter mentioned for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the said Colony of Hongkong of the above named Invention.
And Notice is also hereby given that a sit- ting of the Executive Council, before whom the matter of the said Petition will come for: decision, will be held in the Council Chamber, at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Monday, the 14th September (proximo), at 10.00 A.M.
