NOTICE is hereby given that. WALTER E. OLSEN & Co., of Manila, in the Philip pine Islands, Cigar, Cigarette and Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 1st day of May, 1919, applied for the registration in Ilongkong,

The Applicants have undertaken not to use the "Cross" appearing in the above mentioned Trade Mark No. 3 in red on a white ground.
