No. 1 in respect of Hair Tonic since Octo- ber 14th, 1914, and No. 2 in respect of Perfumery (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair and perfumed soap), since November 15th, 1916: both in Class 48, and No. 3 in respect of Antiseptics and Disinfectants, since February 19th 1915, in Class 2.

The Applicants have undertaken not to use the "Cross" appearing in the above mentioned Trade Mark No. 3 in red on a white ground.
