OTICE is hereby given that WALTER E. OLSEN & Co., of Manila, in the Philip- pine Islands, Cigar. Cigarette and Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 1st day of May, 1919, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following

Trade Mark :---

in the name of WALTER E. OLSRX & Co., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of cigars, cigarettes and tobacco, in Class 45.

A representation of the said Trade Mark is deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.

The Trade Mark has been used by the applic-| ants in respect of Common Soap and will be used by them in respect of all other goods in Class 47, except oils.
