The Defendants bring into Court the sum of $1,040 in respect of the Plaintiff's claim for wages and disbursements, and say that the said sum is enough to satisfy the Plaintiff's said claim in that behalf. The Defendants offered to pay the Plaintiff's costs to this time in respect of those two canses of action.
