in the name of Lanman & Kemp, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks have respectively been used by the Applicants as follows, viz.;-
No. 1 in respect of Bristol's Pills, since 1854; No. 2 in respect of Bristol's Witch Hazel Ointment and No. 3 in respect of Bristol's Witch Hazel Extract, both since 1884; No. 4 in respect of Pectoral Anacaluita, since 1864, Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, all in Class 3; and No. 5 in respect of Medicinal Toilet Soap, since 1903, in Class 48.
The above mentioned Trade Marks Nos. 2 and 3 are to be associated with each other.
