NOTICE is hereby given that the Committee of the Missions to Seamen in Hongkong

intends at an early date to apply to the Legislative Council of Hongkong for a Bill intituled "A Bill to provide for the Incorporation of the Missions to Seamen in Hongkong."

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS.

THE Autting Committee (obtained HE General Agents have with the sanction at a meeting of such Committee held on the 21st May, 1919), made a call of $50 per share in respect of the monies unpaid on the shares held by members of the Company such call being payable on the 3rd June, 1919, to the General Agents at their office No. 16, Pedder Street, Hongkong.

The General Agents have further (with the like sanction obtained at the same meeting) determined to employ the sum of $500,000 part of the Reserve Fund of the Company in paying a special dividend of $50 per share on the shares held by members of the Company. The said dividend is payable on the 4th June, 1919. Dividend Warrants can be obtained on appli- eation to the General Agents at the above address.

Should any sharoholder fail to pay the amount of the said call on the 3rd June, the General Agents will on the 4th June apply the above mentioned dividend due to him in satisfaction of the said call.

After payment or satisfaction of the said call in the manner above indicated, a note showing the extent to which the shares are then paid up will be endorsed on all certificates of shares presented at the offices of the General Agents

The Transfer Books and Register of Members will be closed from the 22nd May, to the 4th June, 1919, both days inclusive.
