Otaru Harbour.
NOTICE is hereby given that Otaru-Ko lighthouse on the end of No. 1 breakwater, Otaru Harbour, will shortly be discontinued for the purpose of extension works of the breakwater. Further notice will be given when the above lighthouse is discontinued.
