OTICE is hereby given that His Honour NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition, No

Chief Justice, has, by virtue of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 9 of 1870, made an. Order limit- ing to the 29th February, 1896, the time for sending in Claims against the said Estate.
All creditors are hereby required to send in their claims to the undersigned before the said date.

And Notice is hereby also given that a sitting of the Executive Council, before whom the matter of said Petition will
