OTICE is horeby given that the under- signed applied on the 10th day of Janu-

Trade Marks, Hongkong, of the following Trade Marks:-

(1) A wasp with 4 wings uplifted.

(2) The Monogram N.P.K. enclosed in a

circle.

(3) A semi-circle divided to represent half

a conventional crysanthemum. (4) An open fan bearing an opaque circle

or disc.

(5) The Monogram N.P.K. enclosed in a

circle.

in the name of NIPPON PAINT SEIZO KWAISHA, LIMITED, of 600, Minami Shinagawa-juku, Shin- agawa-cho, Ebara-gun, Tokyo-fu, Japan, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Trade Marks Nos. 1 to 3 have been used by the Applicants in respect of Zinc white, White Lead, Red Lead, Oil Paints, Varnishes and all other kinds of pigments, lakes, paints, var- nishes, mineral dyes and mordants in Class 1.

The Trade Marks Nos. 4 and 5 have been used by the Applicants in respect of Boiled Oils, and other oils used in manufacture and not included in other classes in Class 4.
