Description. A cylindrical Light Buoy with framework superstructure, 15 feet high, painted in red and white horizontal bands and numbered "6," exhibiting a group flashing white light showing three flashes in quick succession every twenty-two and a-half seconds, thus:-

Henry Ellis Reef-Light Buoy established.

With reference to Notice No. 10 of 1918, Mariners and others are hereby notified that the Light Buoy showing a group flashing red light is now permanently established.

Position. The Light Buoy is moored in 23 fathoms of water at a distance of about 1 cable North of Henry Ellis Reef.

Lat. 12° 05' S.; Long. 131° 01' E. on Chart No. 1095.
