Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, and now carry on business at No. 19, New Street, Victoria afore- said, as an Eating House Keeper under the style of the Wa Chun Firm, has been issued in this Suit pursuant to the Provisions of Section LXXXII, of "The Hongkong Code of Civil Procedure."
