GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.-No. 107.
It is hereby notified that Her Majesty has not been advised to exercise her power of disallowance
with respect to the following Ordinances:-
No. 21 of 1896, entitled--An Ordinance to appropriate a sum equivalent to seventeen and a half per centum of the Colonial Revenues as a contribution for the defence of the Colony.
No. 22 of 1896, entitled-An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Two Millions Three hundred and Fifty-nine thousand Seven hundred and Eighty- nine Dollars to the Public Service of the Year 1897.

Sm,-I have the honour to state, for the information of your Government, that an arrangement has been entered into by the Republics of Honduras, Nicaragua, and Salvador, under which the three Republics will form a single political entity for the exercise of their sovereignty abroad, under the name of “The Greater Republic of Central America," and will be represented by a Diet composed of three Members chosen by cach of the Legislatures.
