OTICE is hereby given that Messieurs MARSLAND SON AND COMPANY, Sew- ing Cotton Manufacturers, carrying on busi- ness at Manchester, in England, have this day applied to His Excellency the Governor, under the provisions of Ordinances Nos. 16 of 1873 and 20 of 1895, for leave to register a certain Trade Mark in series in the Office of the Colonial Scerctary in the name of the said MARSLAND SON AND COMPANY.
The said Trade Mark is intended to be used in respect of Cotton Thread and reels thereof.
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark in scries have been filed, and may be seen upon appli- cation, at the Colonial Secretary's Office, Victoria, Hongkong.
